Shipping Policy

Free shipping on any orders over $50 

We currently offer shipping within the US only. Please contact us at sales@imaginationstationlp.com if you are interested in shipping outside the US. 

What happens after your order is placed

1. Order confirmation will be sent to your email immediately.
2. Orders received before 3:30pm M-F and before 10am on Saturday (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after cut off time will be shipped next day.
3.  Orders for Curbside Pick Up will be ready within 1 hour of order conformation during regular business hours. 
4. Once your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email. Your order will be shipped from our retail store in Lake Placid, NY and will be delivered within 1-7 business days based on the distance from Lake Placid, NY.
